Observation on the application effect of implementing thermal insulation nursing during the awakening period of general anesthesia in patients undergoing uterine fibroid surgery
Objective To explore the clinical value of implementing thermal insulation nursing during the recovery period of general anesthesia in patients undergoing uterine fibroid surgery. Methods 48 patients with uterine fibroids who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital were selected as the research subjects. They were randomly divided into two groups, each with 24 cases, using a random number table method. The control group received routine care, while the observation group received insulation care. The postoperative recovery and incidence of complications were recorded in both groups, and the levels of stress indicators before and after nursing were compared. Results The observation group had shorter postoperative anesthesia awakening time, tracheal intubation removal time, anal exhaust time, and postoperative hospitalization time compared to the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing, the adrenal hormone and norepinephrine indicators in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing thermal insulation care during the recovery period of general anesthesia in patients undergoing uterine fibroid surgery can promote rapid postoperative recovery, reduce the incidence of complications, and reduce stress reactions, which can be promoted and popularized in clinical practice.
