优质护理应用于子宫全切术治疗子宫肌瘤中的效果分析

摘要
目的 探讨优质护理应用于子宫全切术治疗子宫肌瘤中的效果.方法 选取60例行子宫全切术的子宫肌瘤患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各30例.对照组患者应用常规护理,观察组患者应用优质护理,比较两组术后恢复指标、干预前后应激反应指标.结果 观察组患者手术时间、术后排气时间及住院时间均短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组(P＜0.05).干预后,两组患者平均动脉压、皮质醇水平均高于干预前,但观察组患者明显低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 优质护理应用于子宫全切术治疗子宫肌瘤中,可缩短术后恢复时间,降低应激反应程度,值得临床推广与应用.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of high quality nursing in the treatment of hysteromyoma by total hysterectomy.Methods 60 patients with hysteromyoma who underwent total hysterectomy were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the observation group was treated with high-quality nursing.Postoperative recovery indexes and stress response indexes before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results The operative time,postoperative exhaust time and hospital stay in observation group were shorter than those in control group,and the amount of intraoperative blood loss was less than that in control group(P＜0.05).After intervention,the mean arterial pressure and cortisol levels of the two groups were higher than before intervention,but the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of high quality nursing in the treatment of hysteromyoma by total hysterectomy can shorten the postoperative recovery time and reduce the degree of stress reaction,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
