Effect analysis of high quality nursing in the treatment of hysteromyoma by total hysterectomy
Objective To investigate the effect of high quality nursing in the treatment of hysteromyoma by total hysterectomy. Methods 60 patients with hysteromyoma who underwent total hysterectomy were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing, and the observation group was treated with high-quality nursing.Postoperative recovery indexes and stress response indexes before and after intervention were compared between the two groups. Results The operative time, postoperative exhaust time and hospital stay in observation group were shorter than those in control group, and the amount of intraoperative blood loss was less than that in control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the mean arterial pressure and cortisol levels of the two groups were higher than before intervention, but the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of high quality nursing in the treatment of hysteromyoma by total hysterectomy can shorten the postoperative recovery time and reduce the degree of stress reaction, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
