人本位护理干预在输卵管积水介入栓塞手术中的应用价值分析

摘要
目的 分析人本位护理干预模式在输卵管积水介入栓塞手术患者临床干预中的应用效果.方法 选取84例输卵管积水介入栓塞手术患者,根据随机数字表法分为两组,每组42例.观察组采用人本位护理干预,对照组采用常规护理,比较两组护理效果.结果 观察组栓塞成功率高于对照组,并发症发生率、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分均低于对照组(P＜0.05).观察组术后恢复评分高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 在输卵管积水介入栓塞手术患者护理干预阶段,对患者实施人本位护理具有优越性,值得临床推广.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of human-based nursing intervention mode in clinical intervention of patients with hydrosalpinx interventional embolization.Methods 84 cases of hydrosalpinx interventional embolization were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with human-based nursing intervention,while the control group was treated with routine nursing.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The success rate of embolization in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the complication rate,hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)and hamilton depression scale(HAMD)scores were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The postoperative recovery score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion In the stage of nursing intervention for patients undergoing hydrosalpinx interventional embolization surgery,the implementation of human-based nursing for patients has advantages and is worthy of clinical promotion.
