Study on the effect of holistic responsibility nursing on nursing quality in patients undergoing cervical cancer surgery
Objective To observe the clinical nursing value of overall responsibility system in patients undergoing surgery for cervical cancer.Methods 73 patients with cervical cancer surgery were selected and divided into control group(37 cases,routine nursing)and observation group(36 cases,routine nursing+overall responsibility nursing)according to random drawing method,and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The pain score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the length of hospital stay was shorter than that of the control group,and the score of disease knowledge mastery was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of life quality in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with cervical cancer surgery,the overall responsibility system can effectively relieve pain,shorten hospital stay,improve disease cognition and quality of life of patients.
