手术室细节化护理在妊娠期糖尿病孕产妇剖宫产护理中的效果分析

摘要
目的 探究手术室细节化护理在妊娠期糖尿病孕产妇剖宫产护理中的效果.方法 选取40例行剖宫产分娩的妊娠期糖尿病孕产妇,根据信封法分为对照组(采用常规手术室护理)与观察组(采用手术室细节化护理),各20例,比较两组护理效果.结果 干预后观察组空腹血糖(6.15±0.31)mmol/L、餐后2 h血糖水平(7.63±1.15)mmol/L均分别低于对照组的(6.43±0.18)mmol/L、(8.51±1.17)mmol/L(P＜0.05).观察组护理满意度评分明显高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 妊娠期糖尿病孕产妇剖宫产期间行手术室细节化护理,可改善孕产妇血糖水平,并提高其护理满意度.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of detailed nursing in operating room in cesarean section nursing of pregnant women with gestational diabetes.Methods 40 pregnant women with gestational diabetes who underwent cesarean section were selected and divided into control group(using routine operating room nursing)and observation group(using detailed nursing in operating room)according to envelope method,with 20 cases in each group,The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results After the intervention,the fasting blood glucose level of the observation group was(6.15±0.31)mmol/L,and the blood glucose level of the 2 h postprandial group was(7.63±1.15)mmol/L lower than that of the control group(6.43±0.18)mmol/L and(8.51±1.17)mmol/L,respectively(P＜0.05).The nursing satisfaction score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The detailed nursing in the operating room can improve the level of blood sugar and the satisfaction of nursing for pregnant women with gestational diabetes after cesarean section.
