孕期健康教育在妇产科门诊护理中的应用价值分析

摘要
目的 观察孕期健康教育应用于妇产科门诊护理中的效果.方法 选取80例孕妇,根据干预方法不同分为对照组与观察组,每组40例.观察组接受系统性健康教育,对照组接受基础健康教育.对比两组孕妇的护理满意度、教育前后心理健康程度.结果 观察组孕妇的护理满意度为97.50％,高于对照组的70.00％,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).教育后两组孕妇焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均有所降低,且观察组均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 孕期健康教育应用于妇产科门诊护理时,不仅能提高孕妇的护理满意度,还能有效改善心理状态.
Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of health education during pregnancy applied to outpatient nursing of obstetrics and gynecology.Methods 80 pregnant women were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to different intervention methods,with 40 cases in each group.The observation group received systematic health education and the control group received basic health education.The nursing satisfaction and mental health before and after education were compared between the two groups.Results The nursing satisfaction of pregnant women in the observation group was 97.50％,higher than that in the control group(70.00％),and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After education,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)were decreased in both groups,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion When pregnancy health education is applied to outpatient nursing of obstetrics and gynecology,it can not only improve the nursing satisfaction of pregnant women,but also effectively improve the mental state.
