产房助产士护理干预在产妇中的应用效果分析

摘要
目的 研究产房助产士护理干预在产妇中的应用效果.方法 选取76例产妇,按照电脑双盲法分为对照组与观察组,每组38例.对照组应用常规护理,观察组应用产房助产士护理干预,比较两组干预效果.结果 观察组不良妊娠结局发生率为5.26％,对照组不良妊娠结局发生率为21.05％,观察组不良妊娠结局发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).观察组第一产程、第二产程时间均比对照组较短,且产后2 h出血量少于对照组(P＜0.05),两组第三产程时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).观察组产妇阴道分娩率高于对照组,剖宫产率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 产妇分娩应用产房助产士护理干预的效果较好,可有效缩短其产程时间,降低产后出血、感染等发生风险,有利于提高阴道分娩率,值得临床推广.
Abstract
Objective To study the effect of nursing intervention of midwives in delivery room.Methods 76 parturients were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to computer double-blind method,with 38 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,the observation group was treated with midwifery nursing intervention,and the intervention effect of the two groups was compared.Results The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome was 5.26％in the observation group and 21.05％in the control group.The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).The time of the first and second stages of labor in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the blood loss at 2 h postpartum was less than that in the control group(P＜0.05).There was no statistical significance in the time of the third stage of labor between the two groups(P＞0.05).The vaginal delivery rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the cesarean section rate was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The effect of obstetric midwifery nursing intervention is better,which can effectively shorten the labor time,reduce the risk of postpartum hemorrhage and infection,and help improve the rate of vaginal delivery,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
