Effect of transvaginal sacrospinous ligament suspension on the recovery of pelvic floor function in patients with uterine prolapse
Objective To investigate the effect of transvaginal sacrospinous ligament suspension on the recovery of pelvic floor function in patients with uterine prolapse. Methods 60 patients with uterine prolapse were selected and divided into study group and control group according to random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with traditional operation, and the study group was treated with transvaginal sacrospinous ligament suspension. The clinical effect of the two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate of the study group was 96.67%,which was higher than that of the control group(73.33%)(P<0.05).After treatment, the scores of quantitative staging of pelvic organ prolapsis(POP-Q)and simple pelvic floor disorders questionnaire(PFIQ-7)in the study group were lower than those in the control group, and the scores of perineal muscle strength test(GRRUG)were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Transvaginal sacrospinous ligament suspension in the treatment of patients with uterine prolapse can promote the disappearance of uterine prolapse and symptoms, enhance perineal muscle strength, further alleviate pelvic floor dysfunction, and less complications, worthy of clinical promotion.
