Observation of the effectiveness and safety of uterine laparoscopic electrical cutting and curettage treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding
Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of hysteroscopic electrotomy and curettage in the treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding(AUB).Methods 56 patients with AUB were selected and randomly divided into control group(hysteroscopic curettage treatment)and intervention group(hysteroscopic electrotomy treatment)according to lottery method, with 28 cases each. The clinical efficacy, surgical indexes and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate in the intervention group was 96.43%higher than control group 78.57%(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in operation time, intraoperative blood loss and hospital stay between the two groups(P>0.05).The complication rate in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Hysteroscopic electrotomy has a significant effect in the treatment of AUB,which is better than hysteroscopic curettage, and has higher safety, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
