Clinical study of stress urinary incontinence by pelvic floor magnetoelectrical stimulation combined with Kegel training
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of pelvic floor magnetoelectric stimulation combined with Kegel training in the treatment of stress urinary incontinence. Methods 230 patients with stress urinary incontinence were selected, all of whom underwent pelvic floor magnetoelectric stimulation combined with Kegel training to observe the clinical therapeutic effect. Results 120 patients were very satisfied(52.17%),92 were satisfied(40.00%),18 were dissatisfied(7.83%),and the treatment satisfaction was 92.17%.The muscular potential UV of the patients was(2.67±0.42)pV before treatment and(19.83±3.14)pV after treatment. The muscular potential UV after treatment was higher than that before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(t=82.149,P=0.000).The muscle strength of class Ⅰ and Class Ⅱ fibers after treatment was higher than that before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(t=43.193,48.039,P=0.000,0.000).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with stress urinary incontinence, pelvic floor magnetic stimulation combined with Kegel training has a high degree of treatment satisfaction, which can improve the muscle fibers of patients and improve the clinical symptoms of patients.
