Comparative analysis of combined epidural anesthesia and epidural anesthesia for cesarean section operation
Objective To investigate the effects of combined lumbar and epidural anesthesia and epidural anesthesia in cesarean section. Methods 60 cases of cesarean section were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,30 cases in each group. The control group was given epidural anesthesia, and the observation group was given lumbo-epidural anesthesia. The anesthetic effect of the two groups was compared. Results The excellent and good rate of anesthesia in observation group was 100%,higher than that in control group 80.00%(P<0.05).The effect of anesthesia, the completion of block and the time of anesthesia to delivery in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in Apgar score between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 6.67%,lower than that in the control group(30.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of epidural and lumbar anesthesia in cesarean section can improve the anesthetic effect, promote the ease of obstetrics and gynecology, good muscle, rapid onset, rapid recovery, and promote the rapid and safe delivery of the fetus, and less adverse reactions. It is a safe and effective anesthesia program, worthy of clinical promotion.
