Clinical efficacy of hysteroscopic removal of intrauterine devices for difficult removal
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of hysteroscopic hysterectomy for difficult removal of intrauterine ring. Methods 64 patients with difficulty in removing intrauterine devices were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method, with 32 cases in each group. The control group underwent B-ultrasonic loop extraction, and the observation group underwent hysteroscopic loop extraction. The clinical efficacy, operative indicators and complications of the two groups were compared. Results Compared with the control group, the operation time of the observation group was shorter and the amount of blood loss was less, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the success rate of ring extraction in the observation group was higher, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the complication rate of the observation group was lower, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Hysteroscopic hysterectomy for patients with difficulty in removing IUD is beneficial to shorten operation time, reduce intraoperative blood loss, improve the success rate and reduce the incidence of complications.
