宫腔镜取环术用于宫内节育环取出困难的临床疗效

摘要
目的 分析宫腔镜取环术用于宫内节育环取出困难的临床疗效.方法 选取64例宫内节育环取出困难患者,参照随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,每组32例.对照组行B超取环术,观察组行宫腔镜取环术,对比两组手术后临床疗效、手术相关指标及并发症发生情况.结果 相比对照组,观察组手术时间更短,术中出血量更少,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).相比对照组,观察组取环成功率更高,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).相比对照组,观察组手术后并发症发生率更低,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 对宫内节育环取出困难患者行宫腔镜取环术有利于缩短手术时间,减少术中出血量,提高取环成功率,并降低并发症发生率.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of hysteroscopic hysterectomy for difficult removal of intrauterine ring.Methods 64 patients with difficulty in removing intrauterine devices were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 32 cases in each group.The control group underwent B-ultrasonic loop extraction,and the observation group underwent hysteroscopic loop extraction.The clinical efficacy,operative indicators and complications of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the operation time of the observation group was shorter and the amount of blood loss was less,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Compared with the control group,the success rate of ring extraction in the observation group was higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Compared with the control group,the complication rate of the observation group was lower,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Hysteroscopic hysterectomy for patients with difficulty in removing IUD is beneficial to shorten operation time,reduce intraoperative blood loss,improve the success rate and reduce the incidence of complications.
