Effect of cesarean section with preserved membranes on perinatal outcomes of premature infants with unruptured membranes
Objective To analyze the effects of cesarean section with preserved membranes on perinatal outcomes of preterm infants with unruptured membranes. Methods 42 premature patients requiring cesarean section were selected and divided into control group and study group according to random number table method, with 21 cases in each group. The control group was treated by conventional cesarean section, and the study group was treated by cesarean section with preserved membranes. The clinical effect of the two groups was compared. Results The incidence of neonatal asphyxia in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The success rate of operation in the study group was 100%,slightly higher than 95.24%in the control group, but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The fetal delivery time in the study group was longer than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in amniotic fluid volume and birth weight between the two groups(P>0.05).The pH of cord blood and Apgar score 1 min and 5 min after birth in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For premature infants with unbroken membranes, cesarean section with preserved membranes is helpful to prevent neonatal asphyxia and improve perinatal outcomes, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
