Relationship between body fat rate and triglyceride level during pregnancy and diabetes mellitus during pregnancy
Objective To explore the relationship between body fat percentage(PBF)and triglyceride(TG)level during pregnancy and gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM),and to summarize their predictive value for GDM.Methods 200 GDM pregnant women were selected as the observation group, and another 200 pregnant women were selected as the control group. The levels of PBF,blood glucose and blood lipid were compared between the two groups. Results The indexes of PBF,fat mass index(FMI),fasting blood glucose(FPG),1 h blood glucose and 2 h blood glucose in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The indexes of total cholesterol(TC),TG and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the indexes of high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The levels of PBF and TG during pregnancy are related to the risk of GDM.The higher the value, the higher the risk of GDM,and the two will have a synergistic effect.Combined detection has a high predictive value of GDM and is worthy of clinical promotion.
