Observation on the effect of Wenjing decoction combined with Bazhen decoction on regulating hormone level in patients with abnormal menstruation of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type
Objective To study the effect of Wenjing decoction combined with Bazhen decoction on patients with irregular menstruation of Qi stagnation and blood stasis.Methods 32 patients with irregular menstruation of qi stagnation and blood stasis were divided into the combined group and the control group,with 16 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,and the combined group was treated with Wenjing decoction combined with Bazhen decoction on the basis of the control group.Results The total effective rate of the combined group was 93.75％higher than that of the control group(62.50％)(P＜0.05).The level of sex hormone in combination group was better than that in control group(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Wenjing decoction combined with Bazhen decoction can improve clinical efficacy,regulate hormone level and have high safety.
