Effect analysis of Kangfuyan capsule combined with metronidazole in treating pelvic inflammatory disease
Objective To study the effect of Kangfuyan capsule combined with metronidazole on patients with pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods 98 patients with pelvic inflammatory disease were selected and divided into study group and control group according to random number table,49 cases in each group.The control group was treated with metronidazole,and the study group was treated with metronidazole combined with Kangfuyan capsule.The inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the interleukin-2(IL-2)of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the interleukin-10(IL-10)and serum tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α)of the study group were lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Kangfuyan capsule combined with metronidazole can effectively improve the inflammatory response of patients with pelvic inflammatory disease and promote rapid recovery of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
