Analysis of therapeutic effect of carbprost methyl ester suppository combined with carbprost tropanol in the treatment of spontaneous postpartum hemorrhage
Objective To explore the clinical effect of carbprost methyl ester suppository combined with carbprost tropanol in the treatment of spontaneous postpartum hemorrhage.Methods 60 cases of postpartum hemorrhage were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.Both groups were given oxytocin,on the basis of which,the control group was given carprost tramine,and the study group was given carbprost methyl ester suppository combined with carprost tramine.The blood loss and coagulation function of the two groups were compared.Results The postpartum blood loss of 2 h and 24 h in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the indexes of activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT)and prothrombin time(PT)in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the indexes of fibrinogen(FIB)were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Carprost methyl ester suppositant combined with carprost triol can not only strengthen the hemostatic effect,but also improve the coagulation function,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
