目的 评估卵巢囊肿蒂扭转(TOE)诊疗中螺旋CT(SCT)与多平面重建(MPR)技术联合辅助诊断的价值.方法 选取70例疑似TOE患者,均实施SCT+MPR检查,以金标准为病理诊断,比较SCT+MPR囊肿检查结果与病理诊断结果,分析SCT+MPR的诊断效果.结果 SCT+MPR与病理诊断符合率较高,准确率为90.00%.病理诊断和SCT+MPR测量囊肿直径分别为(5.32±1.49)cm、(5.23±1.56)cm,囊壁增厚分别为(8.07±2.14)cm、(7.91±2.06)cm,比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 在临床诊断卵巢囊肿蒂扭转中,SCT+MPR诊断可比较准确地测量囊肿直径、囊壁增厚情况,准确率较高,应用价值较高.
Observation of the effect of spiral CT combined with multiplanar reconstruction in diagnosis of torsion of ovarian cyst pedicle
Objective To evaluate the value of spiral CT(SCT)combined with multiplanar reconstruction(MPR)in the diagnosis and treatment of TOE cyst.Methods 70 suspected TOE patients were selected for SCT+MPR examination.The gold standard was used as pathological diagnosis.The results of SCT+MPR cyst examination and pathological diagnosis were compared to analyze the diagnostic effect of SCT+MPR.Results The coincidence rate of SCT+MPR and pathological diagnosis was high,and the accuracy rate was 90.00%.The cyst diameter measured by pathological diagnosis and SCT+MPR were(5.32±1.49)cm and(5.23±1.56)cm,respectively,and the cyst wall thickening was(8.07±2.14)cm and(7.91±2.06)cm,respectively,with no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion Spiral CT and multiplanar reconstruction can accurately measure the cyst diameter and cyst wall thickening in clinical diagnosis of ovarian cyst pedicle torsion,with good accuracy and high application value.
