The value of magnetic resonance imaging in the diagnosis of endometrial carcinoma by preoperative staging
Objective The clinical value of magnetic resonance imaging in the preoperative staging of endometrial carcinoma. Methods 50 cases of endometrial cancer patients were selected, pathological diagnosis results were taken as the gold standard, and magnetic resonance imaging was used to analyze the advantages of magnetic resonance imaging. Results After magnetic resonance imaging detection, the detection results showed that the diagnostic accuracy of the patient was 92.00%,the sensitivity was 91.67%,and the specificity was 100%.At the same time, after testing, the diagnosis coincidence rate of patients was 92.59%in stage Ⅰ a,85.71%in stage Ⅰ b,80.00%in stage Ⅱ,100%in stage Ⅲ and 50.00%in stage Ⅳ.Conclusion For the preoperative staging diagnosis of endometrial cancer, magnetic resonance imaging is performed in patients according to clinical norms, with high detection accuracy, sensitivity and specificity, and has significant advantages in the application of preoperative staging diagnosis.
