多排CT及后处理技术用于节育器异位的临床价值分析

摘要
目的 观察节育器异位患者采取多排CT及后处理技术的临床价值.方法 选取40例节育器异位患者,以手术诊断结果作为金标准,为患者采用多排CT及后处理技术进行诊断,观察该技术在异位位置、异位类型中的诊断效果.结果 多排CT及后处理技术膀胱检出率为95.00％(19/20),直肠检出率100％(6/6),回盲区检出率100％(2/2),子宫直肠间隙90.00％(9/10),子宫左侧旁100％(2/2),与手术检查结果比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).多排CT及后处理技术部分异位检出率为95.00％(19/20),完全异位100％(12/12),子宫外异位100％(8/8),与手术检查结果比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 采取多排CT及后处理技术对节育器异位患者进行检查,诊断效果显著,能够准确判断节育器异位的位置及异位类型.
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical value of multi-slice CT and post-treatment in patients with ectopic IUD.Methods 40 patients with ectopic IUD were selected,and the results of surgical diagnosis were used as the gold standard to diagnose the patients with multi-slice CT and post-processing technology,and the diagnostic effect of this technology in the location and type of ectopic was observed.Results The detection rate of multi-slice CT and post-processing was 95.00％(19/20)for bladder,100％(6/6)for rectum,100％(2/2)for ileocecia,90.00％(9/10)for metrorectal space,and 100％(2/2)for the left side of uterus.There was no significant difference(P＞0.05).The detection rates of multi-slice CT and post-processing were 95.00％(19/20),100％(12/12)and 100％(8/8),and there was no statistical significance compared with the results of surgical examination(P＞0.05).Conclusion By using multi-slice CT and post-processing technology to examine the IUD ectopic,the diagnostic effect is remarkable,and it can accurately judge the location and type of IUD ectopic.
