Value analysis of transvaginal color ultrasound in diagnosis of unruptured ectopic pregnancy
Objective To investigate the clinical value of transvaginal color ultrasound in the diagnosis of unruptured ectopic pregnancy. Methods 40 suspected unruptured ectopic pregnancy patients were diagnosed by transabdominal and transvaginal color ultrasound, and the diagnostic effect was compared. Results The diagnostic accuracy and sensitivity of transvaginal ultrasonography were higher than those of transabdominal ultrasonography, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The detection rates of embryo, false pregnancy sac, pelvic effusion and accessory mass were higher than those of transabdominal color ultrasound, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Transvaginal color ultrasound diagnosis can improve the diagnostic accuracy, diagnosis efficiency is high, worthy of clinical promotion and application.
