Observation on the application of anemia index in the diagnosis of pregnant women with anemia during pregnancy
Objective To explore the application value of anemia index in the diagnosis of pregnant women with anemia during pregnancy. Methods 30 pregnant women with anemia during pregnancy(iron deficiency group)and 30 pregnant women with thalassemia(Mediterranean group)were selected, and 30 healthy pregnant women were selected as control group.Blood routine tests were performed on all subjects, and the diagnostic efficacy of the three groups was compared between the anemia indexes and the iron deficiency group and the Mediterranean group. Results The hemoglobin, mean erythrocyte volume and mean erythrocyte hemoglobin of iron deficiency group and Mediterranean group were lower than those of control group, and the distribution width of erythrocyte was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The distribution width of hemoglobin and erythrocyte in iron deficiency group was higher than that in Mediterranean group, and the mean erythrocyte volume and mean erythrocyte hemoglobin were lower than that in Mediterranean group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in diagnostic accuracy, sensitivity and specificity between the iron deficiency group and the Mediterranean group(P>0.05).Conclusion The index of anemia has certain value in the diagnosis of anemia in pregnancy, and can distinguish iron deficiency anemia from thalassemia, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
