摘要
目的 分析妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)患者孕期体脂率和甘油三酯水平的检测意义.方法 选取68例妊娠期糖尿病患者设为观察组,另选取同时期体检的68例健康孕妇设为对照组.两组进行孕期体脂率、甘油三酯水平检测并进行比较.结果 观察组的体重、体质量指数(BMI)、孕早期空腹血糖水平均明显高于对照组(P＜0.05).两组的总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05),观察组甘油三酯水平高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 通过分析妊娠期糖尿病患者的孕期体脂率及甘油三酯水平,进行合理营养指导,有助于早期发现潜在的代谢异常,及时采取干预措施,保障母婴健康.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the significance of body fat percentage and triglyceride level in gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM)patients during pregnancy.Methods 68 patients with gestational diabetes were selected as the observation group,and 68 healthy pregnant women who underwent physical examination during the same period were selected as the control group.Body fat percentage and triglyceride level during pregnancy were measured and compared between the two groups.Results The body weight,body mass index(BMI)and fasting blood glucose level in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the levels of total cholesterol,high density lipoprotein cholesterol and low density lipoprotein cholesterol between the two groups(P＞0.05),and the triglyceride level in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion By analyzing the body fat percentage and triglyceride level of gestational diabetes patients during pregnancy,reasonable nutritional guidance is helpful to early detection of potential metabolic abnormalities,timely intervention measures,and protection of maternal and child health.
