摘要
目的 探讨凝血四项和D-二聚体检测在孕妇中的临床应用价值.方法 收集本院就诊建卡的90例正常妊娠孕妇的临床资料,其中孕早期、孕中期及孕晚期各30例.检测并比较不同时期孕妇的活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、凝血酶原时间(PT)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)、凝血酶时间(TT)和D-二聚体.结果 孕妇的PT、APTT、TT随着孕周增加而缩短,FIB和D-二聚体水平随着孕周增加而增加,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 对孕妇进行凝血四项和D-二聚体的联合动态监测,能够及时掌握孕妇体内的凝血状态,有效预防分娩或产后大出血及血栓性疾病的发生,全面保证孕妇及胎儿的生命安全.
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical application value of four coagulation tests and D-dimer detection in pregnant women.Methods Clinical data were collected from 90 normal pregnant women who received medical treatment in our hospital,including 30 cases in early pregnancy,30 cases in mid pregnancy,and 30 cases in late pregnancy.Detect and compare the activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),prothrombin time(PT),fibrinogen(FIB),thrombin time(TT),and D-dimer levels of pregnant women at different stages.Results The PT,APTT,and TT of pregnant women shortened with increasing gestational age,while the levels of FIB and D-dimer increased with increasing gestational age,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The combined dynamic monitoring of the four coagulation parameters and D-dimer in pregnant women can timely grasp the coagulation status in the body of pregnant women,effectively prevent the occurrence of postpartum hemorrhage and thrombotic diseases,and comprehensively ensure the life safety of pregnant women and fetuses.
