精细化手术室护理在卵巢癌手术患者中应用及对其心理应激的影响
Application of refined operating room nursing in patients with ovarian cancer and its influence on their psychological stress

摘要
目的 分析卵巢癌手术患者实施精细化手术室护理的效果.方法 选取60例卵巢癌手术患者,按照护理方法不同分为对照组(常规护理)与观察组(精细化手术室护理),每组30例.比较两组干预前后心理应激评分、自我效能评分及心理弹性评分.结果 两组干预前心理应激评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05);观察组干预后积极应对(PC)评分高于对照组,消极应对(NC)评分低于对照组(P＜0.05).两组干预前自我效能评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05);观察组干预后的自我效能评分均高于对照组(P＜0.05).两组干预前心理弹性评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05);观察组干预后的心理弹性评分高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 精细化手术室护理在卵巢癌手术患者中的应用效果显著,可改善患者心理应激情况,提升心理弹性与自我效能.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of fine operation room nursing in patients with ovarian cancer.Methods 60 patients with ovarian cancer were selected and divided into control group(routine nursing)and observation group(refined operating room nursing)according to different nursing methods,with 30 cases in each group.Psychological stress scores,self-efficacy scores and psychological resilience scores were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results There was no significant difference in psychological stress scores between the two groups before intervention(P＞0.05).After intervention,the positive coping(PC)score of observation group was higher than that of control group,and the negative coping(NC)score was lower than that of control group(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in self-efficacy scores between the two groups before intervention(P＞0.05).The self-efficacy scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group after intervention(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in psychological resilience scores between the two groups before intervention(P＞0.05).The psychological resilience score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of refined operating room nursing in patients with ovarian cancer surgery is remarkable,which can improve the psychological stress of patients,enhance mental resilience and self-efficacy.
