Effect of rapid rehabilitation care on hemodynamics and complications in patients
Objective To explore the effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing on hemodynamics and complications of patients recovering from anesthesia during total hysterectomy. Methods 80 patients recovering from anesthesia during total hysterectomy were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to envelope method, with 40 cases in each group, respectively receiving routine nursing and rapid rehabilitation nursing. The hemodynamic indexes and complications were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, the heart rate, diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure of the two groups were higher than before intervention, and the heart rate, diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of observation group(2.50%)was significantly lower than that of control group(17.50%)(x2=5.000,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of rapid rehabilitation nursing measures in the nursing of patients with total hysterectomy can improve the hemodynamic index, reduce the rate of complications, and have clinical application value.
