Influence of comfort nursing combined with structural psychological intervention on stress response and comfort of patients with abnormal uterine bleeding treated by hysteroscopy
Objective To explore the effects of comfort nursing combined with structural psychological intervention on stress response and comfort of patients treated by hysteroscopy for abnormal uterine bleeding.Methods 116 patients with abnormal uterine bleeding who underwent hysteroscopy were selected and divided into two groups with 58 cases in each group by random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing,the observation group was given comfort nursing combined with structural psychological intervention.The psychological state,stress response and comfort level of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group 10 minutes after operation(P<0.05).The heart rate and mean arterial pressure of observation group were lower than those of control group 10 min after operation(P<0.05).The comfort score of observation group was significantly high than that of control group 1 day after operation(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of comfort nursing and structural psychological intervention in the diagnosis and treatment of patients with abnormal uterine bleeding can relieve their negative emotions,reduce the body's stress response and improve the comfort level.
