摘要
目的 分析子宫肌瘤患者护理中护理质量持续改进的应用效果.方法 选取72例子宫肌瘤患者,将患者随机分为两组,每组36例.对照组患者应用常规护理,观察组患者始终秉持护理质量持续改进原则,比较两组护理效果.结果 观察组患者心理健康评分、生活质量水平、总分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).观察组患者护理满意度(94.44％)高于对照组(77.78％),差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 子宫肌瘤患者护理中应用护理质量持续改进方法有突出作用,有利于提升患者生活质量水平和心理健康水平,护理满意度更高.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of continuous improvement of nursing quality in the nursing of uterine fibroids patients.Methods 72 patients with uterine fibroids were randomly divided into two groups with 36 patients in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with conventional nursing,while patients in the observation group always adhered to the principle of continuous improvement of nursing quality,and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The mental health score,quality of life level and total score of observation group were higher than those of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The nursing satisfaction of patients in observation group(94.44％)was higher than that in control group(77.78％),and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of continuous improvement of nursing quality in the nursing of uterine fibroids patients has a prominent role,which is conducive to improving the quality of life and mental health level of patients,and higher nursing satisfaction.
