全程护理对接受腹腔镜下全子宫切除术的子宫肿瘤患者护理价值分析

摘要
目的 分析全程护理应用于腹腔镜下全子宫切除术的子宫肿瘤患者的效果.方法 选取60例子宫肿瘤患者,根据随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各30例.对照组接受常规护理,观察组接受全程护理.比较两组护理前后心理状态评分、治疗依从性及护理满意度.结果 护理后,观察组抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).观察组总依从率为93.33％,高于对照组的56.67％,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).观察组护理满意度达96.67％,高于对照组的70.00％,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 全程护理应用于接受腹腔镜下全子宫切除术的子宫肿瘤患者时,能够有效改善患者的心理健康程度,提高患者的治疗依从性及对护理工作的满意度,值得临床推广.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of total nursing in patients with uterine tumors undergoing laparoscopic total hysterectomy.Methods 60 patients with uterine tumor were selected and divided into observation group and control group with 30 cases in each group according to random number table method.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received full nursing.Mental state score,treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after nursing.Results After nursing,the scores of self-rating depression scale(SDS)and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total compliance rate of the observation group was 93.33％,higher than that of the control group 56.67％,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the observation group was 96.67％,higher than that of the control group(70.00％),and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion When the whole course nursing is applied to the patients with uterine tumor undergoing laparoscopic total hysterectomy,it can effectively improve the patients'mental health,improve the patients'treatment compliance and satisfaction with nursing work,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
