Analysis of the effect of high quality nursing on the improvement of symptoms in patients with radiation-induced enteritis after cervical cancer radiotherapy
Objective To investigate the effect of high quality nursing in patients with radiation enteritis after radiotherapy of cervical cancer.Methods 44 patients with radiation enteritis after radiotherapy of cervical cancer were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 22 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received high quality nursing.Symptom improvement and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the improvement of symptoms in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the quality of life of both groups was improved compared with that before intervention,and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion High quality nursing can significantly improve the symptoms and improve the quality of life of patients with cervical cancer radiation enteritis after radiotherapy,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
