Effect analysis of psychological nursing combined with pain nursing in patients with perioperative cervical cancer
Objective To observe the clinical value of psychological nursing combined with pain nursing in patients with perioperative cervical cancer.Methods 62 patients with cervical cancer were selected and divided into control group(perioperative nursing)and observation group(perioperative nursing+psychological nursing+pain nursing)according to different nursing methods,31 cases in each group,and the nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results Anxiety score(15.49±3.57)points,pain score(2.03±0.29)points,fear score(2.16±0.94)points in observation group,control group(36.74±1.96)points,(5.75±1.58)points,(6.68±0.76)points respectively.The scores of anxiety,pain and fear in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of sleep quality,sleep time,daytime function and sleep efficiency in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In patients with cervical cancer,psychological care and pain care have the effect of regulating bad emotions,which is conducive to reducing the pain sense of patients and improving the quality of life.
