Evaluation of perioperative predictive nursing on complications of gynecological pelvic surgery patients
Objective To analyze the influence of perioperative predictive nursing on the complications of gynecological pelvic operation. Methods 66 patients with gynecological pelvic surgery were randomly divided into two groups with 33 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, the observation group received perioperative predictive nursing, and the nursing effect of the two groups was compared. Results The complication rate of observation group was lower than that of control group, and nursing satisfaction was higher than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of physical health, physiological function, emotional activity and social relationship in the observation group were(92.33±1.24)points,(93.45±1.65)points,(94.09±2.09)points and(92.42±1.98)points,respectively.The scores of physical health, physiological function, emotional activity and social relationship in the control group were(83.43±1.26)points,(84.56±1.98)points,(83.44±1.85)points and(85.65±1.70)points,respectively.The scores of physical health, physiological function, emotional activity and social relationship in the observation group were higher than those in the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Perioperative predictive nursing applied in gynecological pelvic surgery patients can reduce the occurrence of surgical complications, improve and enhance the quality of life of patients, and has clinical popularization value.
