Observation of the effect of high-quality nursing on patients with hysteromyoma undergoing total hysterectomy
Objective To investigate the effect of quality nursing on patients with hysteromyoma after total hysterectomy.Methods 46 patients with hysteromyoma undergoing total hysterectomy were randomly divided into two groups with 23 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,the observation group was given high-quality nursing,and the nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results Compared with the control group,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)in observation group were lower,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The incidence of complications was 4.35％in the observation group and 26.09％in the control group.The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion In total hysterectomy patients with hysteromyoma,the application of high-quality nursing methods has good results,can alleviate patients'bad emotions,promote the rapid recovery of the body,and has clinical promotion value.
