The effect of preoperative and intraoperative humanized nursing on stress response and complications in patients with uterine artery embolism
Objective To statistically study the effect of preoperative and intraoperative humanized nursing on stress response and complications in patients with uterine artery embolism. Methods 40 patients with uterine artery embolization were selected and divided into control group and observation group(20 cases each)according to the random envelope principle. The control group was given traditional nursing mode, and the observation group was given humanized nursing before and during operation on the basis of the control group. The incidence of complications and stress response indexes were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of complications in the observation group was slightly lower than that in the control group, but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in preoperative heart rate(HR)and systolic blood pressure(SBP)between 2 groups(P>0.05).The intraoperative HR and SBP levels in observation group were lower than those in control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with uterine artery embolism who receive humanized nursing services before and during surgery can help alleviate stress reactions, ensure the stability of patient vital signs, reduce the risk of perioperative complications, and have high promotion and application value.
