Effect of quality care on subcutaneous injection of Goserrelin sustained release implant in patients with endometriosis
Objective To investigate the nursing precautions and measures for subcutaneous injection of Goserelin sustained release implant in patients with endometriosis.Methods 60 patients with endometriosis who received subcutaneous injection of goserelin sustained release implant were selected as the study objects,and nursing measures were implemented to observe the nursing effect of patients.Results All patients were successfully treated with subcutaneous injection of Goserrelin sustained release implant.The incidence of adverse reactions was 1.67%,and no serious adverse reactions were observed.The pain scores ranged from 1 to 3 points,with an average of(1.23±0.32)points,and the pain levels were mild.Conclusion The quality of nursing care is closely related to the effect of subcutaneous injection of goserrelin sustained release implant.Strict injection procedure and full quality nursing before,during and after injection can effectively control adverse reactions and injection pain.
