Application analysis of comprehensive nursing intervention in laparoscopic salpingectomy
Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in laparoscopic salpingectomy. Methods 120 patients undergoing laparoscopic salpingectomy were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method, with 60 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing.Postoperative pain scores and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The pain scores of the observation group at 6 h,12 h and 24 h after surgery were lower than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications was 5.0%in the observation group and 20.0%in the control group. The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively reduce postoperative pain, reduce the incidence of complications and accelerate postoperative recovery in patients with laparoscopic salpingectomy.
