Application effect of flexible nursing in emergency patients with threatened abortion
Objective To analyze the effect of flexible nursing in emergency patients with threatened abortion.Methods The medical records of 66 emergency patients with threatened abortion were retrospectively analyzed and were divided into the control group(n=33)and the observation group(n=33)according to different nursing methods.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received flexible nursing on this basis.The negative emotions,coping styles,self-efficacy and social support were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the positive coping score of the simplified coping style questionnaire in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the negative coping score was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of regulatory emotional self-efficacy scale and perceived social support scale in the observation group were[(36.11±2.64)points and(65.96±7.14)points]respectively,which were higher than[(33.27±2.29)points and(53.51±4.96)points]in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of flexible nursing can effectively improve the mental state and coping style of patients with emergency threatened abortion,and enhance their self-efficacy and social support,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
