Study on the effect of cluster nursing in the nursing of hypertensive diseases in pregnancy
Objective To explore the effect of cluster nursing in the nursing of hypertensive diseases in pregnancy.Methods 60 patients with hypertensive diseases during pregnancy were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,the observation group was treated with cluster nursing,and the nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results After nursing,the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After nursing,the diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of cluster nursing in the nursing of hypertensive diseases in pregnancy can improve the outcome of pregnancy,significantly reduce blood pressure and control blood pressure,and improve the nursing satisfaction of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
