舒适护理在顺产产妇分娩过程及产后的应用价值分析

摘要
目的 探讨舒适护理在顺产产妇分娩过程及产后的应用价值.方法 选取200例分娩的顺产产妇,随机分为观察组和对照组,各100例.对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上增加舒适护理.比较两组产妇的产后恢复情况及满意度.结果 观察组产妇的产后恢复评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).观察组产妇的满意度评分为(93.2±4.3)分,对照组产妇的满意度评分为(72.8±2.4)分,观察组产妇的满意度评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 舒适护理在顺产产妇分娩过程及产后的应用有助于减轻分娩疼痛,促进产妇的恢复,具有良好的临床应用价值.
Abstract
Objective To explore the value of comfort nursing in the process of delivery and postpartum.Methods 200 cases of parturient parturients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,100 cases each.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received comfort nursing on the basis of the control group.The postpartum recovery and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The postpartum recovery score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The satisfaction score of maternal satisfaction in the observation group was(93.2±4.3)points,and that in the control group was(72.8±2.4)points.The satisfaction score of maternal satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of comfort nursing in the process of delivery and postpartum can help alleviate labor pain and promote the recovery of parturients,and has good clinical application value.
