Application effect of holistic nursing in patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease
Objective To explore the effect of holistic nursing intervention in patients with chronic pelvic inflammation disease.Methods 120 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received holistic nursing on this basis.The curative effect and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The symptom remission rate and inflammatory index reduction rate in the observation group were 91.7%and 88.3%,respectively,higher than 68.3%and 65.0%in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction score of the observation group was[(92.1±3.4)points]higher than[(73.4±3.6)points]of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Holistic nursing can significantly improve the curative effect of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease and enhance their satisfaction with nursing work,which is worth promoting in clinical use.
