Clinical application of modified cervical clamp in prevention and treatment of postpartum hemorrhage
Objective To explore the clinical effect of modified cervical clamp in prevention and treatment of postpartum hemorrhage. Methods 170 women with high risk factors for postpartum hemorrhage due to uterine fatigue were selected and divided into control group(100 cases)and study group(70 cases)according to different treatment methods. Both groups were treated with oxytocin injection at the same time.On this basis, the study group was treated with modified cervical clamp, and the control group was treated with Cimepi or ergotrine injection. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results Postpartum blood loss at 2 h,6 h,12 h and 24 h in the study group was less than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postpartum hemorrhage, the incidence of severe postpartum hemorrhage and the 24 h hemoglobin decreased value in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The modified cervical clamp is safe, effective, and simple to operate, can promote uterine contraction, and has a good effect on the prevention and treatment of postpartum bleeding, effectively reduce the amount of postpartum bleeding, reduce the maternal hemoglobin decline value and the incidence of bleeding, with significant efficacy, worthy of clinical promotion and application.
