Analysis of the application effect of one-on-one stepped pelvic floor muscle exercise combined with biofeedback stimulator in postpartum stress urinary incontinence
Objective To explore the application effect and promotion value of one to one stepped pelvic floor muscle exercise combined with biofeedback stimulator in postpartum stress urinary incontinence. Methods 68 patients with postpartum stress urinary incontinence were randomly divided into two groups with 34 cases in each group. The control group was rehabilitated by pelvic floor muscle exercise, while the study group was rehabilitated by one to one stepped pelvic floor muscle exercise combined with biostimulator. The rehabilitation effect of the two groups was compared. Results The scores of vaginal muscle tension, vaginal muscle voltage and sexual life quality of the study group were higher than those of the control group, and the incidence of urinary incontinence was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The recovery of pelvic floor muscle function in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The one-to-one stepped pelvic floor muscle exercise combined with biostimulator can effectively improve the therapeutic effect of patients with postpartum stress urinary incontinence and promote the recovery of pelvic floor muscle function, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
