Study on the effectiveness and safety of external breech inversion of single fetus guided by B-ultrasound
Objective To investigate the effectiveness and safety of B-ultrasound guided treatment of single fetal external breech inversion. Methods 60 single pregnant women with external breech inversion were selected and divided into observation group(external breech inversion guided by B-ultrasound)and control group(no special treatment)according to different methods of external breech inversion, with 30 cases in each group. The success rate of fetal position correction, delivery outcomes and adverse fetal outcomes were compared between the two groups. Results The success rate of fetal position correction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The vaginal delivery rate in the observation group was 73.33%higher than that in the control group(10.00%)(P<0.05).The total incidence of neonatal asphyxia, fetal distress and umbilical cord prolapse in observation group was lower than that in control group, but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The introduction of B-ultrasound guided operation in single fetal external breech inversion can improve the effectiveness of external breech inversion, ensure the safety, and have a positive impact.
