Clinical study of laparoscopic surgery in supine position for acute intra-abdominal hemorrhage in gynecology patients
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of prostrate laparoscopic surgery for acute abdominal hemorrhage in gynecology patients. Methods 60 gynecological patients with acute intra-abdominal hemorrhage were selected and divided into horizontal laparoscopic surgery group and traditional open surgery group according to different surgical methods, with 30 cases each. The intraoperative and postoperative indexes and blood routine indexes were compared between the two groups. Results The peritoneal blood volume of patients in the supine laparoscopic surgery group was lower than that in the traditional laparotomy group, and the operation time, the first time to get out of bed after surgery, the anal exhaust time and the catheterization time were shorter than that in the traditional laparotomy group(P<0.05).The levels of red blood cell volume(HCT),red blood cell count(RBC)and hemoglobin(Hb)in supine laparoscopic surgery group were higher than those in traditional laparotomy group(P<0.05).Conclusion The gynecological patients with acute intra-abdominal hemorrhage treated by laparoscopic surgery have less clinical trauma, quick postoperative recovery and less pain, and the clinical effect is significant, worthy of clinical promotion.
