Investigation and study on the utilization of health records in the whole process management of pregnant women
Objective To study the effect of whole-course management of pregnant women with health records. Methods 500 pregnant women were selected and divided into the experimental group and the control group according to random number table method,250 cases each. The experimental group implemented standardized health records management intervention, and the control group implemented routine health records management measures.Management satisfaction, health knowledge mastery and feasibility of health records were compared between the two groups. Results Management satisfaction of experimental group(96.00%)was higher than that of control group(88.00%)(P<0.05).The scores of health knowledge mastery during pregnancy and after delivery of the experimental group were(90.54±3.61)points and(91.75±2.19)points,respectively,higher than those of the control group(84.76±3.57)points and(86.43±1.87)points(P<0.05).The feasibility of health records in experimental group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of standardized health record management intervention measures for pregnant women has better results, can improve their satisfaction, improve their grasp of health knowledge and the feasibility of health records, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
