Objective To explore the clinical therapeutic effects of different estrogen drugs on thin endometrium infertility.Methods 100 patients with thin endometrial infertility admitted to the outpatient department of our hospital were selected as the research subjects,and randomly divided into two groups,with 50 cases in each group.The experimental group took orally conjugated estrogens tablets,while the control group took orally estradiol valerate tablets.The changes in endometrial thickness,adverse reactions,and pregnancy rates before and after treatment were compared between the two groups of patients.Results After treatment,the endometrial thickness of both the experimental group and the control group increased,and the increase in endometrial thickness in the experimental group was greater than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The pregnancy rate in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the adverse reactions were lower in the incidence rate than in the control group,but there was no statistically significant difference between the groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of thin endometrium infertility with estrogen medication,the conjugated estrogens tablets are more effective.The changes in endometrial thickness and pregnancy rate and after medication are better than those in the control group.
