Objective To explore the clinical effect of Zishen yutai pill combined with low molecular weight heparin and progesterone in the treatment of early threatened abortion.Methods 60 patients with early threatened abortion were selected and divided into control group(low molecular weight heparin plus progesterone treatment)and study group(Zishen yutai pill combined with low molecular weight heparin and progesterone treatment)by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome scores,serum hormone levels[progesterone(P),estradiol(E2),β-HCG]of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the study group was 96.67％,which was higher than that of the control group 76.67％(P＜0.05).The scores of TCM symptoms such as vaginal bleeding,lower abdominal distension and lumbago distension were lower in two groups,and the study group was lower than the control group(P＜0.05).The levels of serum hormones such as P,E2 and β-HCG in two groups were significantly increased,and the study group was higher than the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion For the patients with early threatened abortion,Zishen yutai pill combined with low molecular weight heparin and progesterone has a significant effect,can improve the TCM syndrome score of patients and increase the serum hormone level of patients.
