Clinical application of remazolam combined with afentanil in hysteroscopic resection of endometrial lesion
Objective To investigate the clinical application value of remazolam combined with afentanil in hysteroscopic resection of endometrial lesions. Methods 80 patients undergoing hysteroscopic endometrial lesion resection were divided into two groups with 40 cases in each group by random number table method. The control group was anesthetised with propofol and afentanil, and the observation group was anesthetised with remazolam and afentanil. The anesthetic effect and postoperative recovery were compared between the two groups. Results The time of anesthesia induction, respiratory recovery and laryngeal mask removal in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Visual analog scale(VAS)scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group at 6 h and 24 h after surgery(P<0.05).The score of the simple cognitive function scale(MMSE)in the observation group was higher than that in the control group at 3 h and 6 h after surgery(P<0.05).Conclusion Remazolam combined with fentanyl has a significant analgesic effect during hysteroscopic endometrial lesion resection, and the postoperative anesthesia recovery quality is higher, with faster cognitive function recovery.
