Effect of Huayu Tiaojing Decoction on preventing and treating recurrence of endometrial polyp after hysteroscopic operation
Objective To investigate the effect of Huayu Tiaojing Decoction in the treatment of endometrial polyps after hysteroscopic operation.Methods 100 patients with endometrial polyps were selected as the research objects and were divided into a control group and a study group according to random number table,with 50 cases in each group.Hysteroscopic operation was performed in both groups.14 days after operation,the control group was treated with dydrogesterone and the observation group was treated with Huayu Tiaojing Decoction.The TCM syndrome score,endometrial thickness,hemoglobin level,quality of life,occurrence of adverse reactions and recurrence were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the TCM syndrome score,endometrial thickness and hemoglobin level were better than those of the control group(P＜0.05).The ratio of adverse reaction rate and recurrence rate in the observation group were 2.00％and 0,which were lower than 14.00％and 8.00％in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the quality of life scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Huayu Tiaojing Decoction in the treatment of endometrial polyps after hysteroscopic operation can effectively improve clinical symptoms,reduce endometrial thickness,increase hemoglobin level,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rate,and then improve the quality of life of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion and use.
