Analysis of the effect of Qingre jiedu huashi formula in treating cervical HPV infection
Objective To analysis of the therapeutic effect of Qingre jiedu huashi formula combined with artificial interferon suppository on patients with cervical human papillomavirus(HPV)infection.Methods 80 patients with cervical HPV infection and divide them into an experimental group and a control group using a double-blind method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine treatment,while the experimental group received heat clearing,detoxification,and Qingre jiedu huashi formula treatment on the basis of routine treatment.The treatment effects of the two groups of patients were compared.Results After treatment,the C-reactive protein and tumor necrosis factor alpha indicators in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,while the interleukin-10 indicators were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The TCM syndrome scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the experimental group showed immunoglobulin(Ig)G The IgM and IgA indicators were higher in the control group than in the control group(P＜0.05).The total effective rate of 97.50％in the experimental group was higher than 80.00％in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The implementation of the Qingre jiedu huashi formula in patients with cervical HPV infection has a significant effect,which can improve the patient's inflammatory response and immune function.
